 Accommodation Booking Procedure and Tariffs 

  1. Belur Club Members,  Members of Clubs with Reciprocal Arrangements, and Members of Affiliated Clubs can make reservations via the Belur Club website, Email, or over Telephone with the Office.

  2.  Belur Club members can make reservations without paying the advance, and the tariff will be debited to their club account.

  3. Members Guests, Members of Clubs with Reciprocal Arrangements, and Members of Affiliated Clubs must pay 50% advance on the tariff charges at the time of making the reservation.

  4.  Room Cancellation Charges are as below:

    •   15 days prior notice of cancellation of Room Bookings > 100 % refund. 

    • 7 days prior notice of cancellation of Room Bookings  > 50 % refund.

    •  The advance payment may be made via Net Banking or UPI  to the Bank Account / UPI Id provided below:

For Guests of Belur Club Members, and Members of Affiliated Club Members:  Rs.3500/- (Inclusive of GST)

For Extra occupant:                                                                                                     Rs.700/- (Inclusive of GST)

 

The above tariffs are inclusive of Breakfast.

Check-in Time:         2 PM

Check-Out Time:      12 noon.
